*A decade-old article has resurfaced about Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas‘ Republican friend who has a collection of Nazi memorabilia.

According to RadarOnline.com, billionaire GOP donor, Harlan Crow, 71, has a collection of “Nazi-era German artifacts and a copy of Mein Kampf signed by Adolf Hitler,” the outlet writes.

The old article from Dallas Morning News recounts a tour of Crow’s Dallas mansion which featured a number of paintings from Hitler hanging on the walls.

As Radar reports, Crow has a “Garden of Evil” in his backyard that boasts statues of dictators such as Nicolae Ceausescu, Josip Broz Tito, Joseph Stalin, and Vladimir Lenin.

A visitor of Crow’s home told the Dallas Morning News, “I still can’t get over the collection of Nazi memorabilia.”

“It would have been helpful to have someone explain the significance of all the items,” the visitor told the outlet. “Without that context, you sort of just gasp when you walk into the room.”

It is unclear whether Thomas is aware of the historical Nazi collection of his friend.

Meanwhile, we reported previously, citing CNN, that Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York is calling for the impeachment of Thomas following revelations that he didn’t disclose several luxury trips subsidized by a Republican megadonor.

In an interview with CNN’s Dana Bash on “State of the Union,” Ocasio-Cortez called for an inquiry into the matter, saying it was “the House’s responsibility to pursue that investigation in the form of impeachment.”

“I believe that we should pursue the course. And if it is Republicans that decide to protect those who are breaking the law, then they are the ones who then are responsible for that decision,” she said of the House GOP majority, which would be unlikely to pursue such an investigation, per CNN. “But we should not be complicit in that.”
