*Aoki Lee Simmons clapped back at critics for body-shaming her skinny frame.
The 21-year-old daughter of Kimora Lee Simmons and Russell Simmons shared an Instagram photo of herself in Tokyo and received a lot of hate due to her appearance.
Several of Aoki’s IG followers expressed concern about her health, with one person writing, “It’s giving string bean.” Another user compared her to the rail-thin Olive Oyl character from “Popeye.”
Aoki responded to the comments in an Instagram Story post. “Y’all forgot your manners on this one cause whaatttt (olive oyl was funny I’ll allow it but the rest!! Come on guys),” she wrote.
In a follow-up message, she added: “Body shaming is for losers.”

Simmons had plenty of supporters who defended her in the comments of the post. One IG user wrote, “She’s a petite & tall young lady. Most models are tall & skinny. I think Aoki looks tf good. Young black and educated.”
Another added, “Stop the body shaming, please. She is healthy, that’s all that matters.”
A third person commented, “She is tall, beautiful, and has a supermodel physique.”
