Chanise, a postal carrier in her late forties, tries to adjust to her new-found freedom as an empty nester. Brianna a hopeless romantic in her mid-forties, is a hairstylist at a popular and hip salon and is seeking out her complete happiness. These ladies support each other as they laugh, love, and cry together, because life begins at forty.
