‘Sidewalk Sally’ Swings on Black Family Taking Pics of 1-Yr-Old Daughter Sitting on Sidewalk – WATCH

*Here’s we go again with another stupid situation where some white person (“Sidewalk Sally“) decides they can be superior to a black person and tell them what they can and can’t do in a public space while they are minding their own business.

This one’s about some rich bitch in Houston who decided who decided eff up a black family’s special moment of taking a snaps of their baby daughter.

Specifically, Kelyn and Isaiah Allen tried to take a few photos in a popular Houston park to commemorate their daughter’s first birthday.

Instead, Kelyn ended up shooting video of the baby crying and this stupid “Sidewalk Sally” heffa who just couldn’t resist lording over them them because the baby was “obstructing the sidewalk.”

Of course any normal person would see a young couple taking a pic of their baby sitting on what appears to be pink blanket and simply walk around them. Nope, not this a-hole. She just wanted to be … well, an asshole. Pure and simple.

So who is she, you’re probably wondering? She’s Franci Neely, the divorced wife of the Houston Astros owner, who got tens of millions in the divorce settlement.  And as you can see, she obviously feels entitled and can’t even drive down the street and allow a baby to have a few pictures on her birthday in peace.

In the video she even physically drags the props away and strikes the father.

Interestingly, she didn’t call police. Maybe that because she knows it’s a city park. Apparently, the Homeowner’s Association has tried to limit access to the park, but the city wasn’t having it.

Houston Public Works told ABC 13, “The esplanades of Broadacres are part of a public city of Houston right-of-way. The Broadacres Homeowners Association cannot block the esplanades from public use. Anyone with concerns about members of the public blocking a public right-of-way are asked to call 311.”

Her Houston Arts Fair bio says she “spends much of her time as a community volunteer and philanthropist.” The bio needs to be amended to add that she’s a menace to society and needs to be charged for assault.
