*Dwyane Wade and wife Gabrielle Union are wasting no time putting their baby girl to work.
The couple are preparing to slap their 4-month-old daughter’s name on a ton of products, including clothing, haircare products and jewelry.
According to documents obtained by The Blast, the couple have filed Trademark applications for “Kaavia James” and “Shady Baby” after starting a loan out company in her name. Gabrielle is the CEO of Kaavia James, Inc, while Dwyane serves as CFO. They also want use Kaavia’s name on baby products including diaper bags and baby bibs.

Fans had mixed reactions to Wade and Union’s latest venture, with one critic noting: “What I’m reading is they aren’t going to even give her the chance to have a normal childhood and she’s nothing if isn’t not rich or famous.”
Another said, “Wow, these celebrities love using their babies to make money.”
But one Gabby fan wrote “I am happy for her. I know the wonders of being a mom and after all of Gabby’s previous baby losses, it is great to see her with a baby via surrogate! Congrats to the Wade’s happiness!”
The power couple welcomed their first child together via surrogate last November. At the time, Union took to her Instagram to reveal how she and her husband came up with the name for their little one.
“Just greazzzy and happy,” she wrote about the joys of being a new mom. Adding: “@kaaviajames pronounced Kah-Vee-Uh James. She has 102 nicknames including but not limited to Kaav, Kaavi, Kaavi Baby, Kaavi J, Jamie, KJ, Nugget, Nug, Pooters.”
Union noted that she and Wade “wanted to include my family in her name so the “James” is from my uncle James Francis Glass who is also my godfather. Union is her middle name. I’ve waited this long so fo sho I was gonna get in there.”
