In Toronto, Jennen Johnson, a 42-year-old mother of one, is in renal kidney failure, the result of a decades-long battle with lupus, is set to receive a lifesaving kidney transplant from a kind stranger and is paying it forward for other patients

This woman may not have been able to live long enough to see her daughter grow up if it had not been for a compassionate stranger who saw a very specific magazine ad. Back in November, 42-year-old Jennen Johnson was diagnosed with kidney failure.
