*Wayne Brady has slammed Louis CK, Chris Rock, Ricky Gervais, and Jerry Seinfeld over a 2011 HBO clip that surfaced over the weekend showing the comedians using the n-word.
The gist of the clip…. Louis is chatting with the guys when he drops the n-word after Rock calls him the “blackest white guy” he knows.
“You’re saying I’m a n****r?” CK asks.
“Yes, you are the n****rest f****ing white man I have ever met,” Rock says while CK and Gervais laugh. Seinfeld watches uncomfortably and says he wouldn’t use the offensive term anywhere.
The “Let’s Make a Deal” host says that even though CK, Rock, and Gervais actually uttered the n-word, he doesn’t consider Seinfeld “a hero or a saint” because he “stayed out of it.”

“Seinfeld stayed out of it, but that doesn’t make him a hero or a saint – it just makes him tactically smart,” Brady told TMZ during an interview at Los Angeles International Airport on Sunday.
“It was inappropriate,” he added.
The clip resurfaced Saturday and went viral, with lots of criticism aimed at Chris for co-signing these white dudes hurling the word back and forth. Many have hailed Jerry as a hero for speaking out.
“Louis CK shouldn’t have been saying it, Chris Rock shouldn’t have signed off on it, Ricky Gervais sure as hell shouldn’t have said it — and I’m a big Ricky Gervais fan,” Brady said.
Brady says he was shocked that the comedians had such a casual discussion using the slur.
”I think that it’s an inappropriate conversation, but on the flip, it’s also an old tape,” he said.
“And this thing of old things being drudged up: It happened, I’m sure that Chris addressed it at some point. I haven’t heard him speak out about it, I just think it’s completely inappropriate that Louis CK felt so comfortable.”
Brady noted that “People feel too comfortable saying it.”
“Just don’t. I don’t care if your best friend is the blackest person in the world, just don’t.”
He added: “That word has so much history connected to it, just err on the side of class: Don’t say it.”
Wayne certainly makes valid points.
He also agreed with those on social media who slammed Rock of ‘allowing’ the white comedians to use the n-word.
He later tweeted on Sunday: “So TMZ caught me at LAX and asked me about this video from 2011.
“I hadn’t seen it til last night. For some reason it’s made the rounds again and has people talking. I’m happy I could put 2 sentences together this morning.”
