Local reports state the party in Temple, Texas, was attended by both minors and adults.

The suspects — Desiree Cherie Hovatter, 19, of Houston, and Austin resident Savanna Nicole Spurlock, 21 — allegedly met the teen at the party, and later, Hovatter is accused of returning with the boy to his home and having sex with him in his sister’s bed. According to KWTX, Spurlock is accused of having sex with the boy in mid-August.

Hovatter and Spurlock were charged with second-degree felony sexual assault of a child. Both are in custody on $100,000 bond.

A relative of the teen said he admitted that he had sex with Hovatter and he also told a forensic examiner about the sexual encounters with both women.

Spurlock allegedly told him not to tell anyone about what went down or “she would have to go to jail for 10 years.”

Two other witnesses confirmed that Spurlock and the boy “had engaged in sexual intercourse,” the affidavit says.

Both women face 20 years in prison if convicted.
