*R. Kelly is refusing to be questioned about his alleged affair with the wife of the Mississippi sheriff who’s suing the singer claiming Kellz ruined his life and his marriage.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, R. Kelly objects to the videotaped deposition that is scheduled for November 11 — arguing that there are numerous pending motions that should be ruled on first.
Earlier this month, Kenny Bryant filed court docs putting Kelly on notice that he planned to depose him in Mississippi under oath regarding his alleged affair. Bryant sued Kelly last year, accusing him of ruining his life and marriage.
Mississippi is reportedly one of the only states that allow a person to sue another for breaking up their marriage. Bryant wants to question Kelly under oath as part of his lawsuit.

The heartbroken hubby says Asia Childress had a relationship with Kelly prior to their marriage in 2012 but he was told it was over. The marriage was solid until the hitmaker allegedly entered the picture again.
Bryant claims Kelly and Childress engaged in an intimate extramarital affair in October 2012. He accuses the Chicago-native of carrying out an affair with his wife for five years. He even says Kelly gave his Asia Chlamydia during their affair.
Even though Kelly has denied the accusations, Bryant sued him seeking damages for ruining his marriage and depriving him of his spouse, love, support and conjugal affection.
Bryant claims he suffered emotional, psychological and financial loss.
R. Kelly filed court documents saying he doesn’t owe Bryant a dime and wants the entire case thrown out.
