*In the ongoing beef between Pusha T and Drake, the former is now saying that Drake is not as woke as he claims to be in his recent statement explaining the blackface photos he took back in the day.

One of the pics was used by Pusha T as the cover art of his diss track against Drake, “The Story of Adidon.” On Wednesday night, Drake issued a statement saying the photo was from a project he was part of in 2007. It was from “a time in my life where I was an actor and I was working on a project that was about young black actors struggling to get roles, being stereotyped and type cast,” Drake stated. “The photos represented how African Americans were once wrongfully portrayed in entertainment.”

However, Drake’s explanation hasn’t swayed Pusha T’s opinion of the Toronto rapper. Pusha stopped by Big Boy’s Neighborhood on LA’s 92.3 early Thursday morning (May 31) to weigh in on the statement.

“That doesn’t change my view at all… You are silent on all black issues, Drake…. You don’t stand for nothing, you don’t say nothing about nothing,” Pusha told the hosts. “You have all the platform in the world. You were so passionate back then? No, you weren’t. That’s number one. That’s what I know.”

Aside from accusing Drake of fathering a secret child with a former porn star and name-dropping the “God’s Plan” rapper’s parents, Pusha also called out Drake for struggling with his biracial identity, rapping, “Confused, always felt you weren’t black enough/ Afraid to grow it ’cause your ‘fro wouldn’t nap enough.”

Meanwhile, the world still awaits Drake’s response to “The Story of Adidon.”
