*Charlie Kirk and Candace Owens, the two outspoken leaders of the pro-Trump super PAC Turning Point USA, were accosted by Antifa protesters in Philadelphia Monday morning, according to videos posted to Twitter.
“At first, I thought it was a vegan protest,” said Malik Joe, the manager of Green Eggs Cafe, where Kirk and Owens were having breakfast.
Joe told The Washington Post the protestors “were screaming at one guy sitting in the window and I looked and he was laughing…the protesters were screaming ‘white supremacist’ and something about immigrants.”
Owens, who has received praise from Kanye West, says that she and Charlie Kirk “culture warriors” trying “to save Western Civilisation” from liberals.
But on Monday morning, as they were hitting up Philadelphia’s Green Eggs Cafe in Midtown, folks decided to take a page out of Maxine Waters’ playbook and “push back” at Trump’s supporters.
During the scene, Owens pulled out her phone and tweeted the scene from inside and outside the restaurant, including the moment when one demonstrator dumped a cup of something onto Kirk’s head.

ANTIFA took FULL credit for what they did on their twitter page @ChristopherHahn. They also said they were inspired by an @HuffPost smear article, labeling our organization as racist.

“Charlie Kirk and I just got ATTACKED and protested by ANTIFA for eating breakfast,” Owens wrote a short time later. “They are currently following us through Philly. ALL BLACK AND HISPANIC police force protecting us as they scream.”
On Twitter, Kirk said the incident was a direct result of Maxine Waters’ call for public harassment of Trump administration officials.

In the video, one person dumps a glass of water on Kirk. Antifa can be heard screaming “f*ck white supremacy.”
In a follow-up video posted by Owens, they chant “1-2-3, f*ck the bourgeois!”’
To be clear: ANTIFA, an all-white fascist organization, just grew violent and attacked an all-black and Hispanic police force.

Kirk claims he and Ownes “were peacefully eating breakfast this morning” and “Within 20 mins ANTIFA mobilised a protest, started screaming at us, attacked us, & threatened death against us. This is the face of the Democrats. Conservatives aren’t safe – @RepMaxineWaters called for this.”

“If you think we’re rallying now you ain’t seen nothing yet,” Waters said at a rally in Los Angeles in June. “If you see anybody from that [Trump] Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them, and you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere.”
