*Three years ago, a woman filed papers establishing paternity and seeking child support payments from Lil Wayne after claiming he fathered her 12-year-old son. A Louisiana judge ruled in her favor and ordered Wayne to pay $5,000 a month, but he has yet to pay one penny, according to TMZ.
This week, the woman filed fresh papers informing the court that she and her son, now 15, have yet to see a dime from the rapper.
Keiotia Watson filed court documents claiming she had a sexual relationship with Weezy in June 2001 and became pregnant. She says their son, named Dwayne (Lil Wayne’s real name), was born in February 2002. Weezy already has four children (3 sons and a daughter) with 4 different women.
Sources in the rapper’s camp tell TMZ he hasn’t paid because he was never served with legal papers or notified that he is legally the father. One source close to Wayne says he plans to take a paternity test and will take full financial responsibility if it shows that he is indeed the father.
