New ‘Black Panther’ Trailer is Action Packed & Promises ‘The Revolution Will Be Live’ (WATCH)

*Oh yes, brothers and sisters, the revolution WILL BE LIVE. At least that’s the promise of the new trailer for “Black Panther,” the new Marvel super hero flick.

The new clip of “Black Panther” is another look at the studio’s black super hero who goes by the name of T’Challa played by Chadwick Boseman.

The new clip features action that pivots from urban cityscapes to the African kingdom of Wakanda to which T’Challa returns after the death of his father the king.

“Black Panther” backgrounder:
lack Panther is an upcoming American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name. Produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, it is intended to be the eighteenth film of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The film is directed by Ryan Coogler from a screenplay by him and Joe Robert Cole, and stars Chadwick Boseman as T’Challa / Black Panther alongside Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Daniel Kaluuya, Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker, and Andy Serkis. In Black Panther, T’Challa returns home as king of Wakanda but finds his sovereignty challenged by a long-time adversary in a conflict that has global consequences.

After the events of Captain America: Civil War, King T’Challa returns home to Wakanda. He soon finds his sovereignty challenged by factions within his own country. When two enemies conspire to bring down the kingdom, T’Challa must team up, as the Black Panther, with C.I.A. agent Everett K. Ross and members of the Dora Milaje—Wakanda’s special forces—to prevent a world war.

In addition to Boseman and Jordan, “Black Panther” stars Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Daniel Kaluuya, Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker and Andy Serkis.

The film is directed by Ryan Coogler and produced by Kevin Feige with Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Nate Moore, Jeffrey Chernov and Stan Lee serving as executive producers. Ryan Coogler & Joe Robert Cole wrote the screenplay.

Black Panther is set to be released in the United States on February 16, 2018, in IMAX and 3D
