*The woman who accused Chris Brown and his associates of hitting her as they booted her from a Las Vegas party is now fighting back with a lawsuit.
According to TMZ, Liziane Gutierrez filed the lawsuit in Clark County, Nevada. She claims she went to Brown’s room at the Palms Hotel and Casino, and then someone — Chris or someone in his crew — hit her in the “face and/or arm and/or hands.”
She also says someone in the room took her cell phone.
Gutierrez is suing for battery, theft and also defamation — the latter over a video Chris posted calling her “too ugly” to be in his party.

Police have cleared Brown of any criminal wrongdoing for lack of evidence.
