*In the final lap of his presidency, Barack Obama continued his get-out-the-vote tour in places we likely would not have seen him before. His latest stop: a Halloween appearance on TBS’ “Full Frontal With Samantha Bee.”
Kicking off her “annual Halloween presidential interview” on Monday, Bee asked what Obama dressed as for the holiday. She began, “This year I’m going as a witch,” though she was wearing no costume. “I’m a woman on television and I’m over 40 so I’m already in costume. Where’s yours?”
Obama told her he was going as “what happens when young people vote.”
Bee had Obama cracking up as she went into her angsty, Kardashian-esque “millennial voter” voice to ask why she should vote at all next week when both candidates “are so totally flawed.”
“Young people have a bigger stake in this election than anybody. I would hope that you’d be willing to take about the same amount of time that you spend looking through cat videos on your phone to make sure that democracy’s working,” Obama said.
Bee asked him “when Hillary is president,” what he thought will be the female equivalent of “you weren’t born in this country.”
“She’s tired, she’s moody, she’s being emotional,” Obama guessed. “When men are ambitious, it’s just taken for granted.”
“What a nasty woman,” Bee said.
Bee asked if he wanted to “mess with” Trump after leaving office by whispering in the mogul’s ear that he wasn’t born in this country after all, Obama answered, “I think it’s fair to say that I will be organizing my post-presidency where I’m not close enough to him to whisper in his ear.”
Turning the interview to Halloween-related questions, she asked if he could tell her a “spooky story about what happens when people don’t vote.”
Obama answered simply: “Donald Trump could be president.”

Earlier in the show, with a spooky introduction in honor of Halloween, Bee introduced a segment on white nationalists, who are seizing on Trump’s rhetoric about immigration.
“As a special treat I’m gonna grab you by the eyeballs and drag you through an endless nightmare,” she said, cutting to video clips of Trump claiming he is the “least racist person,” leading into an explanation about the alt-right movement and Trump’s relationship with Breitbart’s Stephen Bannon.
