*Cast members from NBC’s “The Wiz Live!” reunited on June 1 for a panel discussion and performance at the Directors Guild of America.
Shanice Williams (Dorothy), Elijah Kelley (Scarecrow), Ne-Yo (Tin Man) and David Alan Grier (Cowardly Lion) gave the Emmy Awards voters and fans in attendance an extra treat – a rousing rendition of “We Got It.”

Also, Williams performed her show-stopper “Home,” to cap the 78-minute session, moderated by actress Holly Robinson Peete.
Cast members Queen Latifah, Mary J. Blige, Amber Riley (who is headed to London to play Effie in Dreamgirls), executive producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron, director Kenny Leon, choreographer Fatima Robinson, music producer Harvey Mason Jr. and live television director Matthew Diamond were also in attendance.
