*The 21-year-old daughter of Jamie Foxx on Sunday will make her debut as Miss Golden Globe 2016, tasked with handing out the awards and ushering the presenters to the side during acceptance speeches.
“I’m kind of nervous that I’m not as nervous as I should be,” said Corinne Foxx, whose dad won an Academy Award for “Ray.”
“I don’t want to trip. I don’t want to fall, I don’t want to drop the award…,” she admitted. But should something like that happen, it won’t be the end of the world.
“Jennifer Lawrence gets away with it, so I should be fine, right?” she quipped. “[It might] boost my career!”
She told E! News that if she really does wipe out Sunday, at least she and Jen “could be falling buddies.”
