Hey, we know its nobody’s “fault” when a person falls on hard times, but damn, whatever happened to compassion? There just seems to be is something intrinsically wrong when someone is evicted from the home they’ve occupied and invested in for thirty years. And for the eviction to be based on a penalty that states you can be kicked out of a living space that has more bedrooms than deemed necessary is kind of, well, insulting.
But it happened, and as a result a man (and his father) who had occupied a four-bedroom-house for three decades ended up homeless and was forced to spend the cold winter months in a tent that left one of them severely disabled.
