*Lark Voorhies doesn’t want you talking to her ex-husband Jimmy Green. And she’s not afraid to take legal action to prove it.
According to Rhymes With Snitch, the former “Saved by the Bell” star fired off a threatening post on social media, warning publications that she will sue if they chat with Green.
Voorhies’ post comes after Green disputed claims on Wednesday (Dec. 2) that the actress was unaware of a sex tape they made and admitted the video was up for sale.
(Hey Jimmy Green, we’d like to have a word with you!)
As Voorhies’ threat to sue sinks in, Apollo Nida literally moves one step closer to freedom.
RadarOnline report that the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” husband has been transferred to FCI Fort Dix correctional facility in New Jersey, a low-security institution for male inmates. Nida was previously serving an eight-year sentence for various fraud charges at FMC Lexington in Kentucky.
The transfer comes after Nida started serving time behind bars last year.
In addition to being moved to a new facility, Nida will have less time to serve. According to the Bureau of Prisons, the reality TV fixture will be released on August 29, 2020. The new date comes just about six years from when Nida turned himself in.
