*Ray J has been put on notice.
According to TMZ, Swiss timepiece company Audemars Piguet sent the entertainer a cease and desist letter to stop him from selling what it calls a full rip-off of its Royal Oak watch.
AP claims the watches have multiple similarities — including hexagonal screws placed at the corners of an octagon face. The legal papers even include tweets from consumers labeling Ray J’s product as a “blatant ripoff.”
AP’s Royal Oak sells for more than $25,000, while Ray J’s will set you back anywhere from $150 and $500.
Ray J’s manager, David Weintraub, tells TMZ they have no plans to stop selling the watch.
