*Ye faces new allegations of sexual assault from model Jenn An, a former contestant on “America’s Next Top Model” season 13.
In a lawsuit, An claims that Ye (formally Kanye West) assaulted and strangled her during the filming of the 2010 music video for La Roux’s “In for the Kill,” at a Chelsea Hotel suite in Manhattan according to Rolling Stone.
Per the filing, the incident occurred “on or about Sept. 7, 2010.” An was “only wearing revealing lingerie” when the rapper said, “Give me the Asian girl,” and selected her to be featured in the video. When she told him, “I’m not wearing very much, Ye allegedly replied, “That’s why I chose you.”
“Specifically, he ordered the female background actors/models, including Plaintiff, to line up in the hallway. He evaluated their appearances, pointed to two of the women, and then commanded them to follow him,” the suit says, NBC News reports.
Ye was dating model Selita Ebanks at the time of the alleged assault. According to An’s complaint, he told others in the room to leave before he “[began] filming the sexual assault to which he was about to subject Plaintiff.”

“Defendant West then ordered the production team to start the playback music. However, Defendant West did not know his assigned lyrics and instead rambled, ‘Rawr, rawr, rawr,’” the suit says. “Defendant West then pulled two chairs near the camera, positioned them across from each other, and instructed Plaintiff to sit in the chair in front of the camera.”
The lawsuit alleges that Ye, breathing heavily, stood over An and “began to choke Plaintiff with one hand,” before forcibly inserting multiple fingers into her mouth while smearing her makeup. She claims this simulated act of “forced oral sex” lasted for more than a minute.
“He then wrapped his other hand around her neck and continued to strangle her with both hands,” the filing says. “Next, Defendant West smothered Plaintiff’s face with both of his hands, which smeared her makeup. He then rammed several fingers down her throat, continuously moved them in and out, and gagged her to emulate forced oral sex.”
“This is art. This is f*cking art. I am like Picasso,’” Ye yelled during the filming.
The plaintiff “felt as if she had temporarily blacked out” and struggled to breathe.
The lawsuit also accuses Interscope and Universal Music Group of enabling Ye’s actions, alleging they allowed him to “gag Plaintiff on a music video set without consequence” leaving her face “covered in saliva and smeared makeup” after it was over.
An seeks a jury trial for punitive damages, legal fees, and “damages for mental, emotional and physical injury, distress, pain and suffering, and injury to reputation.”
The New York City Police Department said it takes “sexual assault and rape cases extremely seriously, and urges anyone who has been a victim to file a police report so we can perform a comprehensive investigation, and offer support and services to survivors.”
The hip-hop star is facing a separate sexual assault lawsuit filed in October by a former assistant who accused Ye of sex trafficking.
