THE REAL Welcomes The Game! Is ‘Born 2 Rap’ Really His Final Album?

*On Tuesday, Dec. 17, the ladies of “The Real” discuss when it is a good time to “friend zone” someone that you are not interested in. Co-host Loni Love shares when she decided to put actor and longtime crush Idris Elba in the friend zone mentally and emotionally.

And, in honor of the holiday party season, the hosts fess up about whether or not they have ever come to work with a hangover.

Then, prepare to get that warm fuzzy feeling when co-hosts Jeannie Mai and Loni discuss preparing for their first official Christmases with their respective significant others.

Later, rapper The Game stops by to talk about if Born 2 Rap will be his final album, his inspiration for the album’s cover artwork, and the next chapter of his life which includes making

Is The Game Really Done Making Music?

Adrienne Bailon: Is this actually going to be your final album? Are you not going to record again?

The Game: Uh… It’s not really about recording. It’s that, um, I’ve been so focused on my career the past, like, 17 years that I haven’t really got a chance to be a CEO or a signed artist. And I feel like uh, you know, people like, you know, QC with, you know, the Migos and Bad Boy and Dr. Dre, I haven’t got to focus on that part of my career. And that’s something I really want to do.

Loni Love: Yea, instead of an artist, you want to produce more.

(The Real audience applauds)

Adrienne: So, so, so you’re saying that this is not the last time you’ll record. You’re just taking a moment…

The Game: I’m not going to put out any more albums.

Adrienne: Okay, what would it take for you to get back in the studio… and actually do something? Or make an album.

The Game: Um… I just really enjoy… like, my free time… and my children and doing stuff like that.

(The Real audience applauds)

Loni: I got you.
