*Justin Timberlake performed two new songs from his upcoming album “Saturday Night Live” this past weekend.

The Jan. 27 appearance marked the singer’s fifth time performing as a solo artist on the long-running NBC sketch comedy show. Billboard describes the first track, “Sanctified,” as “gospel-flavored,” featuring Houston rapper Tobe Nwigwe. The second song is titled “Selfish,” and both tracks will appear on JT’s upcoming sixth solo album, “Everything I Thought It Was.” The album is scheduled to drop on March 15.

In a new interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1, Justin said he recorded 100 songs for his “incredibly honest” new album.

“I worked for a long time on this album and I ended up with 100 songs,” Timberlake told the radio host, People reports. “So narrowing them down to 18 was a thing.”
