*Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has reached a settlement with the spirits company Diageo. Additionally, according to reports, he will no longer be a joint owner of the tequila brand DeLeón or have any ties to Cîroc vodka.

As RadarOnline.com reports, Diddy and Diageo released a joint statement, saying, “Sean Combs and Diageo have now agreed to resolve all disputes between them. Mr. Combs has withdrawn all of his allegations about Diageo and will voluntarily dismiss his lawsuits against Diageo with prejudice. Diageo and Mr. Combs have no ongoing business relationship, either with respect to Cîroc vodka or DeLeón tequila, which Diageo now solely owns.”

We reported via CNN that Diageo cut ties with Diddy last summer, ending a lucrative 15-year partnership culminating in a racial discrimination lawsuit. Combs accused Diageo of racial discrimination in May 2023, which led to the end of their business relationship.

The Bad Boy Records founder took legal action against Diageo, charging that the company “had neglected and underpromoted his DeLeón tequila, dismissing it as an “urban” product in its marketing,” CNN writes.

As Complex reports, Diddy filed a new lawsuit in the New York Supreme Court in October, accusing Diageo of “unlawful retaliation by a powerful international corporation.”  He accused Diago of doing “all it can to retaliate” and blackball him in the spirits industry.

News of the settlement agreement comes amid the slew of sexual assault lawsuits that the music mogul is facing.

Combs has been hit with at least four additional legal complaints after he settled a $30 million suit with his ex-girlfriend Cassie. Late last year, she accused him of rape, physical abuse, and sex trafficking during their decade-long relationship. Details of the settlement have not been revealed.

As we reported, Diddy denied all allegations via his representative Nathalie Moar, stating, “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”
