*Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs could be sentenced to up to life in prison if he is ultimately convicted on federal charges, including racketeering, sex trafficking, and transporting individuals for prostitution. Since his arrest in September, he has been held at Brooklyn’s MDC jail and denied bail twice due to being considered a flight risk. His trial is set to begin in May 2025.
Diddy has faced abuse accusations from multiple women, with court documents alleging that he roughed up the victims at his drug-fueled “freak off” parties in the early 2000s. The indictment alleges that he “hit, kicked, [and] threw objects at victims” during these wild parties and forced them to be “obedient and compliant.”
Meanwhile, a man accusing Diddy of sexually assaulting him at a 2007 Hamptons party has given his first on-camera interview. The anonymous accuser spoke with CNN, claiming he was hired by a security firm to work at a Diddy event, where the rapper initially seemed friendly but later gave him two laced drinks and raped him.
“The first drink started to have some effect on me and I just thought, wow, these are really strong drinks,” John Doe told CNN. “It wasn’t until the second drink and it was already too late that I realized something was wrong with the drinks. Sadly, Sean Combs was waiting in the wings. He was watching from some sort of vantage point and once I was in a helpless position and he was sure that he was in a position of power, then he took advantage of the situation.”
In a lawsuit, Doe says Diddy pushed him into an SUV, held him down, “overpowered” and sodomized him. The man claims “one high-provide individual … saw … and found it amusing.” Doe said he was “screaming” during the alleged assault.
“I was screaming. I was telling him to stop. It was incredibly painful. He was acting like it was nothing. He seemed to be disconnected from it but it was abusive beyond belief.”
These claims are part of the civil lawsuits against Diddy, who has denied all allegations and pleaded not guilty to charges in a separate trafficking and racketeering case.
John Doe is among those connected to Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, who recently named JAY-Z in a separate suit involving Diddy.
