*Beyoncé posted a video on her Instagram on Saturday of her and Kelly Rowland at the opening night of Broadway’s ‘Death Becomes Her’ musical, which stars fellow Destiny’s Child member Michelle Williams.
Bey’s mom Tina Knowles also attended and posed backstage with Williams, who costars as Viola Van Horn in the play that is an adaptation of the 1992 Robert Zemeckis comedy movie of the same name. Per Entertainment Weekly, Williams is a supporting character based on Isabella Rossellini’s role in the film.
In the post’s comments, one person wrote, “Don’t believe those “associates” who always make an excuse for why they can’t come support you. This is prime example and reminder of true friends who have extensive notoriety & influence supporting their other talented friends’ projects & milestones. Support your friends like those people you idolize that you’re not friends with.”
Another fan added, “Awwwwwww I love this so much! People have to understand you ladies sisterhood is beyond what people think! It’s moments like this that mean everything.” A third person noted that Beyonce is showing fans that “Michell is still very much apart of them.”
