*YouTube star Omi In A Hellcat may have a lot to show off, but his car collection will not be one of those things anymore. Omi (real name Bill Omar Carrasquillo) was forced to sell his 32-car collection at an auction.

The event, which took place Oct. 13 in Baltimore and online the same day, included a slew of vehicles described as “exotic” by the US Marshals. Vehicles on the auction block included Carrasquillo’s Mustangs, BMWs, and Lamborghinis as well as the ‘Power Rangers Aventador’ he showed off in 2019.

The recent auction marks the latest development involving Carrasquillo and law enforcement. The 37-year-old viral influencer and rapper is known for his extensive car collection, with more than 60 million views between 2016 and 2020.

Prior to being sentenced in March 2023 for several counts of fraud, Carrasquillo had garnered more than 800,000 subscribers.

Fraud charges for the YouTuber included counts of cable TV piracy, device fraud, money laundering, and copyright infringement, according to the Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Hitc notes a belief that a widescale TV piracy scheme was orchestrated by Carrasquillo. Further explaining the belief, the site mentioned it was set up to where Carrasquillo and his cooperators were illegally obtaining cable TV packages that were streamed to people for a fee.

On March 8, 2023, news came of the popular influencer receiving five and a half years of jail time. To get back some of the money lost to Carrasquillo’s scheme, US Marshals confirmed that as many as 55 different vehicles he previously owned would be sold at a public auction. Carrasquillo’s vehicles were seized under The Department of Justice Asset Forfeiture Program, an effort created to “combat major criminal activity” by “disrupting and dismantling illegal enterprises” and “restoring property to victims.”

In addition to time behind bars, Carrasquillo will be under supervision for five years upon his release and forced to pay a forfeiture fee of over $30 million and a restitution payment of more than $15 million.

At this time, it is unclear if the money raised from the auction will help to cover Carrasquillo’s fees.
