A source close to our good brother Jamie Foxx told ET that the Oscar winner remains hospitalized due to a “medical complication” he suffered on April 12th, but “he is healing” and “he feels the love from everyone.” The source previously told ET on Tuesday morning that the 55-year-old actor “is doing OK, thankfully… He’s recovering and has been surrounded by his family.” We continue to lift Jaime, his family, and loved ones up in prayer, praying that he will fully recover in Jesus’ name!

Alec Baldwin better deposit his dues to whatever secret society he’s a part of because dude just got BOTH counts of involuntary manslaughter dropped for the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyn Hutchins on the production set of “Rust,” according to ABC News. Alec’s legal team, Luke Nikas and Alex Spiro issued a statement that read, “We are pleased with the decision to dismiss the case against Alec Baldwin and we encourage a proper investigation into the facts and circumstances of this tragic accident.” The film’s armorer, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed‘s attorneys, say their client still faces charges. Still, they believe, “The truth about what happened will come out and the questions that we have long sought answers for will be answered,” her attorneys, Jason Bowles and Todd Bullion, said in the statement. We anticipated that Halyn’s family will probably file a civil lawsuit.
