*The son of SWV’s Coko Gamble hit up social media to make clear that his mom is not dating fellow singer Lloyd.
According to The Jasmine Brand, a photo of Lloyd and Coko looking cozy together on Instagram recently sparked dating rumors. The pic includes the Black queen emoji and Lloyd wrote in the caption: “My beloved. All I ever wanna do is shower her with praises and cover her in flowers.”
In response, Gamble commented: “I love you!!!!!”
Lloyd was seen this month taking in an SWV performance in Atlanta for the Summer Block Party Tour, The Jasmine Brand reports. The two artists apparently have a close bond, as Coko sang Happy Birthday to him in a viral clip that fans can’t stop talking about.
Following the speculation about their relationship, Gamble’s son, Jayye Michael, took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to set the record straight.

“Y’all are weird. They are NOT a couple, NEXT!” Jayye Michael wrote, according to The Jasmine Brand.
The outlet also reports how one X user provided extra insight into Lloyd’s affection toward Gamble.
She detailed, “Lloyd ain’t dating Coko lol. He’s thanking her for the impromptu performance at SWV’s last show when Coko pointed him out in the crowd. Lloyd was at the show with his mom and someone passed him the mic to sing. That’s it. That’s all.”
