*TikTok star PinkyDoll made her awards show debut at the Streamy Awards over the weekend and stunned fans with her appearance.

Fans of the influencer can’t stop comparing her complexion at the event to how she looks on camera with her lucrative NPC content. PinkyDoll is a dark-skin woman but appears shades lighter on her popular streaming content, and fans feel deceived.

Some people are accusing her of “Light Skin Fishing,” but as one X user noted, “It’s not her fault, she knows y’all love light skinned people, so she gamed the market.” To which another person replied, “And I’m glad she did, never lose sight of the bag .”

Video clips of Pinky Doll at the Streamy Awards show her serving up her signature NPC slang, and she definitely looks different from her TikTok persona.

“Why she chocolate off TikTok but high yellow on TikTok ????,” one person wrote on X (formally Twitter).  “She be lightskinfishing for a check,” added another X user

The Shade Room reposted tweets where some accused PinkyDoll of “catfishing for a check”.

“People feeling betrayed by her light skin fishing is making me giggle lol,” one IG user wrote.

We reported previously that the Quebec-based OnlyFans star is known as the “Queen of the NPCs” on TikTok. Pinky Doll recently posted a response video to a mash-up of her song “Ice Cream So Good” with Ice Spice’s vocals from her track “Deli.”

“You know your girl Pinkydoll sees everything on the net and last time I checked, someone put Ice Spice on my beat as a remix,” Pinkydoll said in the clip, Complex reports.  “The beat is not even released yet. ‘Ice Cream So Good.'”

“I think we got something here,” Pinkydoll continued. “Ice Spice, I think you and me need to do a collab ASAP. Just picture that: Pinkydoll and Ice Spice.”

Pinkydoll has already been sampled by Timbaland for a beat posted on TikTok.

As NBC News reports, Pinkydoll sparked a fascination with NPC streaming, “a peculiar new live genre in which they stream themselves acting like non-player video game characters,” the outlet writes. NPC creators can earn “tips” from viewers and Pinkydoll is making bank.

The streaming genre got widespread attention when she went viral for her repeated phrases, such as “ice cream so good,” Yes yes yes” and  “gang gang” — watch the clip above.

Pinkydoll’s celebrity fans include KeKe Palmer and Elon Musk, Complex reports. Timbaland and ATL Jacob are also listed as top viewers of her channel.

Pinkydoll recently called on Elon Musk to feature her voice in Tesla vehicles.

When TMZ caught up with her after the Streamy Awards, Pinkydoll responded to the “light skin” criticism. She blamed the “sun” for being “darker” and said: “You know, it’s life. What can I do? And I love to be a Black woman.”
