*Performance slots are still open for the 25th annual Baltimore ‘Uplifting Minds II’ Entertainment Conference (ULMII) to be held Saturday, April 15, 2023. Performances are seen in the conference’s Professional Talent Showcase and National Talent Competition, where winners (Grand, 2nd, and 3rd place) received over $18,000 in cash, products, and services.

Performances, via Zoom, in the Professional Showcase are by artists signed to independent labels and agencies (talent and management), and performances in the National Talent Competition (singing, songwriting, dance, and acting) will be judged by 12 entertainment industry professionals.
