*OnlyFans model and accused killer Courtney Clenney is being sued by the family of her late boyfriend Christian Obumseli.

We reported previously that Clenney has been charged with second-degree murder in the fatal stabbing of the Nigerian American. Her arrest came after a four-month investigation by Miami PD and prosecutors. She is accused of killing her boyfriend in April  2022 after a domestic dispute. Clenney and her attorneys insist she was acting in self-defense.

The victim’s family is now demanding she pays damages for his alleged murder, as they are accusing Clenny of negligence, RadarOnline.com reports.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the estate of Obumseli also names the owner of the condo where the crime occurred and the security team for the building as defendants.

In the lawsuit, the estate claims the condo lacked adequate security for the building when Obumseli was killed, and that security staff failed to patrol the building. The lawsuit also argues that the security guards were not properly trained.

Per Radar, the lawsuit read, “COURTNEY CLENNEY created and/or allowed to be created said dangerous conditions. Further, COURTNEY CLENNEY failed to warn subject building’s residents, invitees, and the public, including CHRISTIAN OBUMSELI, deceased, of the existence of said dangerous conditions; or in the alternative, did allow said dangerous conditions to exist for a length of time in which a reasonable inspection would have disclosed same.”

Last August, elevator footage was released showing Clenney repeatedly striking Obumseli, who shielded himself from her violence. She was also secretly recorded screaming racist slurs at him before his death.

Among the damages sought by the estate are medical expenses, funeral arrangements, and future loss of support for Obumseli’s family.
