*Nick Cannon has a feeling Black women have grown tired of antics, and he’s confused as to why.

“I feel like Black women are really upset with me for some reason,” he said on the YouTube show Way Up With Angela Yee. “And, specifically, that group, and I love them, it’s… I think it’s that love-hate thing. It’s love-hate because they be on me, they on me so heavy.”

Cannon then went on to break it down by age group, adding: “Let me say this, a certain demographic, certain age group because older Black women love me… My mama them, grandmas, aunties… ‘Ah, he just like your daddy!’ You know what I mean?… Like, I get that energy from the elder statesmen, but the young girls is like… I think they expect more from me.” (Watch his entire interview below.)

Cannon, host of Fox’s “The Masked Singer,” says the lack of love from the younger generation of Black women is rooted in disappointment. “It’s like, ‘Oh, we thought you was one of the good ones… Even the corny ones is crazy!’ You know what I mean?… I get that in my comments.”

He further explained: “This is what I see in the comments a lot… They say, ‘Oh, money don’t make you a good father, just because you can provide for them, what about the recitals?”

Yee agreed with the commenters, saying it must be hard for anyone to keep up with 12 children with 12 different schedules in different places. Cannon responded: “It definitely is, but nothing about my life has ever been easy. And I rise to the occasion. I accept the challenge. Hold me accountable Black women, please!… Watch me work!”

Cannon has 12 kids spread across 6 mothers: two with Mariah Carey, three with Brittany Bell, three with Abby De La Rosa, one with Bre Tiesi, one with Lanisha Cole, and two with Alyssa Scott.

“I’m gonna be honest, I got some super sperm or something,” he said Tuesday (April 18) on the “Howie Mandel Does Stuff” podcast, adding, “because I’ve practiced birth control, and people still got pregnant.”

Mandel asked his former “America’s Got Talent” co-worker if he was finished having children. Cannon replied, “I guess … yeah? I don’t wanna say yeah, and then, like, you know, it’s the reproductive system … it could happen at any time … I’m good with my dozen.” Watch below:
