Expelled Rep. Justin Jones, a Tennessee House of Representatives member for demanding gun reform along with his cohort Justin J. Pearson, was temporarily reinstated into the legislature after the Nashville Metropolitan Council voted 36-0 for his reappointment. The Shelby County Board of Commissioners is also considering reinstating Mr. Pearson back to the legislature on Wednesday, according to the New York Times.
