Rockabye Baby’s first front-to-back album release was Lullaby Renditions of Marvin Gaye’s What’s Going On, put out in 2021 in honor of that album’s 50th anniversary.
And for Lauryn Hill fans-turned-parents (or not!) everywhere, this album will be That Thing… that thing to turn up when the need for sleep just Hurts So Bad… that thing for when you’re scared your swag is just an Ex-Factor, and you need to be reminded of who you are!
With the album’s sixteen tracks transformed into gentle, lyric-less rhythmic melodies, Rockabye Baby is giving you everything you need to raise your kids on the absolute best: the best-selling album by a female rapper to this day, and one of the most acclaimed albums of all time.
