*LL Cool J’s daughter, Italia Anita Maria Smith-Cardinez, has revealed that she and her hubby are expecting their third child.
Italia, 32, showed off her baby bump in a Mother’s Day post, sharing an image of her in pink with a heart-shaped necklace and her hands forming a heart on her protruding belly. A second photo displayed Italia with her sisters — Samaria Leah Wisdom Smith and Nine Simone Smith — and her mother, Simone Smith.
The caption read: “Sending love and [kissing winky face emoji] to all the mamas!”
Italia and her husband, 32-year-old Lamar Cardinez, are already parents to son King Cardinez, born on March 14, 2018, and daughter Faith Cardinez on Sept. 23, 2020.
The couple met in 2013 during a trip to Nairobi, Kenya, and married in the summer of 2017.
Meanwhile, LL Cool J was praised as a doting grandpa in a recent Instagram post by Italia. For Father’s Day earlier this month, she shared a photo of them embracing with him touching her pregnant belly. Another post showed a video of LL Cool Gramps helping King eat an oyster for the first time.
“The Best to ever do it. Love you, daddy/grand-dad,” she wrote in the caption.
Although the gender of her newest bun in the oven has not been disclosed, Italia has been sporting a lot of pink in her social media pics.
