*Rapper Kodak Black has been ordered to enter drug rehab after a warrant was issued for his arrest for violating the conditions of his bail.

According to multiple reports, Black missed a court-ordered drug test on Feb. 3 and then tested positive days later on Feb. 8. The hip-hop star is awaiting trial from a July arrest on a charge of trafficking oxycodone, The AP reports. He has pleaded not guilty in the case.

Black, whose legal name is Bill Kapri, wore a vibrant, multi-colored suit for his appearance Tuesday before Broward County Judge Barbara Duffy. Several social media users said he looked like a Jolly Rancher. Ironically, the judge happened to have a bowl of the popular candies on the bench, and Black politely asked for a few pieces. Black’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, argued that his client’s urine sample may have been mixed up with someone else’s during lab testing.

According to WPLG Local 10 News, the technician who collected the sample testified in court that such an error could have occurred in the lab, but Judge Duffy wasn’t buying it.

The state agreed to test a hair sample to determine if Kodak Black had used illegal drugs recently, but the artist refused to comply. The judge ordered him to enter a drug rehab facility for 30 days as part of his pre-trial release.

“You better get it together,” Judge Duffy reportedly told Kodak Black.

Kodak Black will remain free until March 7 so he can perform at the upcoming Rolling Loud concert in California, The Miami Herald reports.
