*Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann may have reconciled and called off their divorce but they continue to have a contentious relationship, according to insiders.
Police bodycam footage was recently released of a May domestic dispute involving the couple. It shows Kroy snapping at a cop and refusing to allow the officers inside his Georgia home after he and Kim called 911 on each other. At the time, Kroy accused his then-estranged wife of refusing to leave the bathroom so he could shower. Cops wanted to speak to Kim to her her side of the story, but Kroy refused to let them enter the family home. RadarOnline.com obtained video of the ex-NFL star warning law enforcement: “You cannot go into my home!”
At one point, an officer tells him, “Sir, let’s not do the power struggle here.”
“There is no power struggle,” Kroy claps back. “I’m simply exercising my rights as a person.”
According to RadarOnline.com, the footage backs up the police report, in which Kim told cops that Kroy “would stand in the doorway” of the bathroom and block her from exiting.
Despite their different stories, both agreed that “nothing physical” happened. Kim and Kroy called off their divorce two months later.
“They’re still all over the place,” a source exclusively tells PEOPLE of the couple. “They’re back together, but it’s complicated. Everyday is a new day for them.”
Kim and Kroy filed for divorce in May after 12 years of marriage. They share four young children and Biermann legally adopted Kim’s daughters from previous relationships — Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21, in 2013.
As reported previously on EUR, Kim and Kroy filed to dismiss the divorce proceedings last week It was back in May that they both filed separately to divorce each other, but neither moved out of the home they share with their children.
For a while, you couldn’t go a day without seeing stories detailing Biermann’s “abusive” behavior and Zolciak’s “gambling” problem. And there was a report that Kim said she feared for their kid’s safety around Kroy because he smokes weed.
In her report on the divorce cancellation, Sandra Rose reminded readers that Zolciak planted a story in the blogs that Biermann supposedly accused her friend of “kidnapping” their son, at least according to RadarOnline.
