Kanye West’s Former Publicist Trevian Kutti Caught up in Trump’s Georgia Indictment | VIDEO

*Remember Trevian Kutti, the Chicago-based publicist who formerly represented Kanye West? Well, on Monday, she was among the 19 people who were indicted for attempting to overturn the 2020 presidential election in Fulton, Georgia alongside former President Donald Trump, who is now facing his fourth indictment.

Georgia prosecutors say she traveled from Chicago to Atlanta in an attempt to pressure an election worker to report election fraud claims in testimony.

Kutti was charged with violating Georgia’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) statute that prohibits racketeering, alleging she and other defendants “constituted a criminal organization” and engaged in a criminal enterprise when they tried to overturn the election.

The indictment alleges that Kutti communicated, via phone calls and text messages, with other individuals involved in the case and later traveled to Atlanta after being recruited by Willie Lewis Floyd III, director of Black Voices for Trump.

The indictment further claims she visited the Georgia home of election worker Ruby Freeman in January 2021 as part of an attempt to pressure her into confessing that Trump’s bogus election fraud narrative was true and that a giant conspiracy to defraud voters at the ballot box really had been carried out on President Biden’s behalf.

The indictment, brought by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, follows an investigation that lasted more than two years and marks the fourth criminal case brought against the former president.

At this point, Kutti, along with Trump and 17 others have nearly two weeks to surrender. Willis plans to try all 19 defendants together.

“I believe that the charges that were filed on me are for a lack of better words baloney,” Kutti said in a text message to the Wall Street Journal. “I completely stand by what I said to the election worker that I was simply a crisis manager,” she added.

Hopefully, Ms. Kutti does not believe the “baloney” she’s trying to sell to whoever will buy it and is seeking a qualified lawyer as well as planning to surrender on or before August 25. If not, she’ll be labeled as a fugitive from the law.

Those charged in Monday’s indictment face a slew of charges, including racketeering, violating the oath of a public officer, forgery, false statements, and other offenses.
