*Jamie Foxx shared a video message with fans on Friday in which he expressed gratitude for the outpouring of love and support amid his health scare.
“Thank you to everybody that just prayed man, and sent me messages,” Foxx said in the video. “I cannot even begin to tell you how far it took me and how it brought me back.”
Foxx did not reveal details about his mysterious medical setback in April but said he “went through something that I thought I would never ever go through.”
Fans of the Oscar-winning actor were quick to point out how “pale” he looks in the video. Foxx’s complexion appears lighter, and this has prompted many to speculate that he is now a “clone or AI”.
Ice-T clapped back at this theory on social media.

“YOU look different after a bad cold!” tweeted Ice-T, Insider reports.
“People would rather believe that Jamie is now a Clone or Ai, than the man was just seriously sick and damn near died… Cause he doesn’t look EXACTLY the same???” the legendary rapper posted Sunday.
One Twitter user pointed to the lighting and camera angles as possible reasons why Foxx looks different in the video.
“People don’t understand how camera lenses work,” Jared Monroe tweeted. “Probably lost a little weight and the lighting is different. But 90% of the difference is just a telephoto lens (probably a 70-200mm) vs the super wide selfie camera on your phone.”
