*ESPN’s Malika Andrews‘ standing with Black men is taking another hit because of the Josh Giddey story. Well, ex-NFLer Dez Bryant is hot ’bout it. So stand by for more on that.
Yep, brothers all across the country called her out because at first, she didn’t have anything to say. Not a word. Giddey is the Oklahoma City Thunder star who is rightfully getting roasted for his improper relationship with a 15-year-old high school girl.
Videos of Giddey, 21, and the underage girl – which featured vulgar language to describe their intimate relations in video captions – were posted to social media anonymously, reports SandraRose.com. Even though the videos have since been deleted, the NBA has launched an investigation. Meanwhile, Giddey is being allowed to play.
When Andrews finally spoke on the subject, she showed what seemed to many, a lack of interest and “low energy.”

As we noted up top, one brother in particular that Andrews pissed off royally is former Dallas Cowboys/Baltimore Ravens receiver Dez Bryant who came for her via X/Twitter for her alleged bias in covering Giddey.
Bryant accused the “NBA Today” host of not only being biased about the incident but also delaying coverage compared to other players she’s reported on in a timely manner. Andrews reportedly spoke about the scandal on-air the same day Bryant sent out his sentiments.
Bryant wrote, “@malika_andrews you went out your way to crucify Brandon Miller on draft day over something he didn’t even do. Why haven’t you said nothing about Josh Giddey. I advise you not to make this a black or white thing.”
“Your parents really raised you wrong and just because you went to a private school don’t make you better,” he went on. “You appeal and I know your kind. You just a puppet. I dont know how a former or current nba player could sit there across from you and look at you with some kind of respect.”
