*A Christmas Day brawl at a Waffle House in Georgia has led to the arrest of two people from Maddison.
Alexis Shaianne Smith, 27, and Roderick Ramone Brown, 35, were arrested for disorderly conduct related to a fight that started when Brown was allegedly given the wrong order, Insider reports. Police were called to the scene and Smith reportedly acted in a “belligerent” manner with them. When she was detained and put in a cop car, Smith told officers she tried to physically assault the restaurant manager, the Morgan County Citizen reports.
As this case makes headlines, a video has surfaced of a separate brawl incident that allegedly took place at a Texas Waffle House in 2021. The video shows a group of people fighting and a staff member redirecting a flying chair without flinching. One tweeter said: “She swiftly stopped the motion of the chair & discarded it. Unfazed. She’s been here before.”
