*Rapper Khia, born in Philly and raised in Tampa, Florida, went on a verbal rampage after fellow Florida rapper Trina turned down her attempt to stage a Verzuz battle to settle their longstanding beef, and was promptly roasted alive by Trina’s fans over her audacity in thinking that she had enough hits to even stage a challenge.
“Now I know you still mourning the death of your mammy and you still grieving,” Khia said, referring to the September 2019 death of Trina’s mother Vernessa Taylor. “So I’mma let you have your little burst of confusion and let you slide when you act like you don’t know a b**ch. But Khia went on the attack practically in the same breath, beginning with Trina’s moniker “Diamond Princess.”
“B**ch you pawned all your diamonds a long time ago. Hoe, you don’t own nothin’ but HIV,” Khia said. She also insinuated that no one is trying to revisit any of Trina’s past hits. “Who playin’ yo’ s**t, Sourpuss? Who remaking yo’ s**t, Baddest Bassett Hound?
