*Recently, The Temptations dropped a new performance video of their version of Carole King’s “You’ve Got A Friend.”
The track marks the debut of the group’s new member, Mario Corbino, following the departure of lead singer Larry Braggs.
The live performance is preceded by an emotional message for Juneteenth and the global support for the Black Lives Matter Movement, in the wake of the death of George Floyd.

Meanwhile, The Temptations have been tapped to perform remotely for PBS’ 40th annual July 4th presentation.
The line-up will also feature John Fogerty, Renée Fleming and Patti LaBelle.
Hosted by Vanessa Williams and John Stamos, the evening will also include performances by Lauren Alaina, Trace Adkins, Brantley Gilbert and Andy Grammer, as well as by actress Chrissy Metz, and Broadway stars Kelli O’Hara, Brian Stokes Mitchell and Mandy Gonzalez, per udiscovermusic.com.
Each of the remote appearances will be filmed at iconic locations across the country, according to the report.
The show will kick off July 4 at 8pm ET.
