THE REAL Hosts on Steph and Ayesha Curry’s Sexy Vacation Pic + Matthew Modine Visits

*On Wednesday, Feb. 19, the hosts of “The Real” discuss Ayesha and Steph Curry’s surprisingly controversial vacation photo – Loni and co-host Adrienne Houghton reenact the pose, and co-host Tamera Mowry-Housley appreciates the Currys showing that Christians can be sexy too.

The ladies also talk about Tiffany Haddish’s comments regarding people from your past coming to ask for financial help when you become successful. Co-host Loni Love discusses the struggles comics go through to succeed, and how she wants to give back to her alma mater.

Could you be with someone 20 years old than you? Tamera’s not so sure!

And actor Matthew Modine stops by to talk about his BET movie, Miss Virginia. He also reveals he was surprised to find himself being called “Papa” by so many people in Italy until he realized that Stranger Things had become a global phenomenon while he was away from home!

Why Tamera Appreciates Ayesha and Steph Curry’s Vacation Sexy Photo

(In the video of The Real’s segment, Loni Love is hilariously trying to lift Adrienne Houghton to reenact Ayesha and Steph’s vacation photo)

Tamera Mowry-Housley: You have to lick her forehead.

Adrienne: 1, 2, 3!

[Loni lifts Adrienne]

[The Real audience applauds and cheers]

[Loni puts Adrienne down and they return to their chairs]

Adrienne: Yes. That’s amazing! I felt that spirit!

Jeannie Mai: See? See?

Loni: I shouldn’t have worn these shoes!

Amanda Seales: Challenge! Challenge! It’s the Curry Challenge!

Adrienne: It’s not a big deal.

Tamera: I’m actually very, very, very happy that they did this, because I feel like I go through this on the show. A lot of the times when people see a Christian girl talking about sex, they freak out. It’s like, hello! We’re married, I have two kids, she has three…

Jeannie: Yo, how do you think those kids came?

Tamera: Three kids! Get your love on, guys!

[The Real audience applauds]

Tamera: And they look amazing.

Jeannie: You know the Bible a lot more than me, Tam.

Tamera: They’re married! They can do whatever they want!

[The Real audience applauds]

Jeannie: Is there something in the Bible – is there something in the Bible –

Tamera: And not only that, not only that –

Jeannie:  – that actually says you can’t have sex – is sexuality scorned by God?

Tamera: No! The thing is, you guys, she has on a regular, you know, like, yes, it’s a bikini. But it’s not like she’s wearing a thong…

Jeannie: But even if she was, it’s ok!

[The Real audience applauds]

Tamera: The thing is, what I’m saying is, because people are upset, because she’s “Christian.” Do you see what I’m saying? I don’t see the big deal. If anything, I’m inspired. I want to hit the gym.

[The Real audience applauds]

Tamera: I know I can’t do that! Adam and I won’t look that good, but we do do that in our bedroom.

Adrienne: There you go.

Amanda: But there is a modesty that I would say a lot of religions expect women to uphold.

[EDIT]

Tamera: They were on vacation, and we’re by the pool. So Christians don’t wear…

Amanda: Burkas.

Jeannie: A wetsuit.

Tamera: Yeah, like gowns when they go swimming.

Jeannie: But, but Christians also make love around other areas outside the pool. Christians also have hot and heavy moments when they’re attracted to each other.

Tamera: Yeah. I’ve done it my car, I’ve done it in my closet… We can be freaky too!
