*Indiana police have launched an investigation into the attempted lynching of a Black mane that was caught on camera.

Vauhxx Rush Booker, 36, says he was trying to enjoy a day at the lake with his white friends when they were confronted by a group of blood-thrifty white supremacists that he feared were trying to lynch him, The Hill reports

In a lengthy Facebook post, Booker detailed the harrowing experience, noting that the primary instigator in the incident was a Confederate flag hat-wearing white man who appeared to be drunk.

Booker claims the man accused him and his group of trespassing on private property. When they started to leave, Booker was jumped from behind by two men, and knocked to the ground. Three more individuals arrived on the scene and that’s when things really went left.

“The five were able to easily overwhelm me and got me to the ground and dragged me pinning my body against a tree as they began pounding on my head and ripped off some of my hair, with several of them still on top of my body holding me down,” Booker recalled.

Onlookers recording the scene pleaded with the group to leave Booker alone.

I don’t want to recount this, but I was almost the victim of an attempted lynching. I don’t want this to have happened…

Booker said one of the men told the others “we’re going to break his arms” while another said “get a noose.”

Bystanders were able to free Booker, but he continued to get followed by the wild pack of racists, who hurled slurs and attacked anyone filming them.

When the Indiana Department of Natural Resources responded to the incident, they were shown videos of the crime and given testimony on what when down. But the cops refused to arrest the white trash.

In response to the department’s failure to take action, hundreds of local residents gathered outside of the Monroe County Courthouse on Monday demanding justice.

John Hamilton, Mayor of the nearby city of Bloomington, has called on Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb to launch an investigation.

“These incidents affect us all, and I have reached out to the Governor, Prosecutor, and the victims in order to advocate for my residents who were victims of these great injustices,” Hamilton said in a statement. “Although neither event occurred inside the city limits, under my jurisdiction, I will continue to call for and demand justice.”

The savvy sleuths of Twitter quickly identified three of the white supremacists in the clip: Jerry Cox, Sean Purdy and Ian James Cherco. All three allegedelly work for Matthew Masonry and Restoration (see pic above).
