*Master P says he has “no beef” with Monica after naming her in a since-deleted post in which he slammed his “ungrateful” brother C-Murder.

C-Murder, born Corey Miller, is serving life in prison for the fatal shooting of 16-year-old Steve Thomas in 2009. Miller appealed after one of the jurors, Mary Jacob, revealed she (and other jurors) received “brutal” pressure to vote guilty. But his murder conviction was upheld by the court.
Kenneth Jordan, a key witness in trial, filed a sworn affidavit, in 2018 stating, “I know the individual that I saw shoot the gun was not Corey Miller.” Jordan says Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office detectives pressured him to lie under oath, or else he would face a 10-year sentence on unrelated criminal charges, EUR previously reported.

C-Murder’s ex-girlfriend, R&B singer Monica, has vowed to help get him released.
“You are not alone,” she wrote on social media. “The fight is about to change because you will not fight alone! Your daughter and Tru family deserve to have you with them! I’m about to be on some other sh*t @cmurder”
Kardashian also noted in a tweet, “True justice for the young man requires that the person who actually killed him be held responsible and that Corey Miller he returned home to his kids.”
Master P responded by sharing his frustration that his brother has turned to his friends over his family. He also called out his brother’s friends as the reason why he’s in prison.
Monica replied in the comments: “I have been respectful towards you and you have refused to do the same! You can NOT speak on me because you do not know me!” she wrote, per HotNewHipHop. “I have only conversed with Silkk! This matter is between you MEN, you’re brothers! Leave me out of this because my efforts have BEEN the same! I just didn’t see the need to post it! Check the visiting lists from The Parish to Angola to Hunts or better yet ask his children! You responded before you READ! He’s never not (been) able to hit me, my mother or brother, and get what he needs! FOCUS ON HIS FREEDOM!”
Master P appeared to respond by deleting his original post. In a follow up Instagram video he said “family over everything.”
“We’re doing too much positive to have to deal with the negative. I have no beef with @monicadenise She got caught up into some family drama that we have to fix and I am man enough to admit that,” P said. “No family is perfect, we all go through turmoil but with God all things are possible. I love my brother and can’t wait till he get home. We can’t allow the devil to steal our joy. We are bigger than this!”
