*Dr. Dre’s estranged wife Nicole Young is reportedly seeking nearly $2 million per month in temporary spousal support amid their divorce battle.

According to TMZ, she also wants $5 million to cover her legal fees.

We previously reported… Young filed for divorce in June after 24 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. The TMZ reports adds that she still “lives in their Malibu home, as well as has access to their cars, personal chefs, etc.”

Here’s more from the outlet:

Dre will likely cite their current living arrangement in his argument as to why she shouldn’t be granted her $1,936,399 monthly support request.

Young will reportedly defend her request by explaining that she doesn’t want to depend on Dre to pay her bills.

Meanwhile, Young wants her husband’s accountant to send her lawyer copies of all of his financial records from the past ten years.

This 10-year “audit” will help her attorneys estimate just how much they should seek to dissolve their marriage, All Hip Hop reports.

However, Dre says there’s “private information” among those documents that he does not want his wife to see.

“Throughout our marriage, I have maintained separate books and records regarding my separate property and my separate property business entities,” Dre states in his response to his wife’s subpoena. “I object to the production of such documents that contain my private information as well as my confidential business information that involves third parties as well. For example‚ there is no basis for the production of my confidential employee employment records.”

In his response to Young’s petition, Dre revealed that the couple have a prenuptial agreement that he wants enforced.

The couple married in 1996 and share two adult children, son Truice, 23, and 19-year-old daughter Truly.

Dre also has four children from previous relationships. His son Andre Young Jr. died at age 20 in 2008.

Young, who was previously married to NBA player Sedale Threatt, is asking for spousal support and a division of property. She also wants the prenup voided.

“I was extremely reluctant, resistant and afraid to sign the agreement and felt backed into a corner. Given the extraordinary pressure and intimidation by Andre, I was left with no option but to hire a lawyer (of course, with the help of Andre’s team of professionals) and unwillingly signed the agreement very shortly before our marriage,” Young alleges in legal documents filed to the court, per TMZ

She claims they mutually decided to void the agreement two years later.

“Andre acknowledged to me that he felt ashamed he had pressured me into signing a premarital agreement and he tore up multiple copies of the agreement in front of me,” Young claims in the recent filing. “Since the day he tore up the agreements, we both understood that there was no premarital agreement, and that it was null and void.”

Dre reportedly has no issue paying spousal support, but he wants any distribution of property to be controlled by the prenup.
