*A Las Vegas couple is facing sex assault charges after they allegedly drugged a woman and raped her at their apartment on April 13.
James Carnell Collins, 46, and Andrea E. McGowan, 42, have each been charged with three counts of sex assault and one count of open and gross lewdness in the case, Daily Mail reports.
The victim told police she first met McGowan at the Las Vegas city jail. Upon her release, McGowan invited her to stay at her apartment because she had no place to go.
Once there, the woman claims the three of them were partying when McGowan offered her a “small, rectangular white pill with the number 100 on it. (She) thought it might have been ecstasy, but was not sure,” according to the police report.
“After taking the pill, (she) started feeling out of it, like she could not really move.”
