Steve Harvey Slams Mark Curry’s Claims About Him Stealing Jokes [VIDEO]

*Steve Harvey  is finally addressing  Mark Curry’s claim he stole jokes from him in the past.

We previously reported, during his recent appearance on Fox Soul’s “The Mike & Donny Show,” Curry was asked by host Mike Hill: “What’s up with you and Steve, man?” The “Hanging with Mr. Cooper” star  responded, “Steve stole my material on his show, so I had a beef on that.”

The show he was referring to was Harvey’s former talk show “Steve,” which was cancelled to make room for Kelly Clarkson’s daytime talk show.

“When he was on his bullsh– talk show that he had, he did all of my Halloween material one Halloween,” Curry added.

“Somebody called me and said, ‘Homeboy doing your material.’ He did my whole Halloween run, and I know he didn’t think of it. This was true stuff that really happened to me,” he continued.

“And my thing was, you didn’t have to do that homeboy. Mother–, you made enough money, b– a–,” he added.

But Harvey is calling B.S. on Curry’s tale.

When TMZ caught up with him, he demanded that Curry come through with some receipts to back up his allegations — peep the clip above.

When TMZ asked Curry about his comments on “The Mike & Donny Show,” he didn’t drop specifics, only revealing that “the supposed theft went down on one of Steve’s TV shows,” the outlet writes (see clip above).

Curry believes stealing jokes is “the most lewd thing a comic can do,” he said on “The Mike & Donny Show.”

He went on to note that he confronted Harvey about the issue at Def Comedy Jam 25. When Hill asked, “What did you say to him?” Curry responded,” Ask him.”

According to Curry, Harvey did not apologize about the incident.

In related news, former New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski rocked in the new year by destroying a Lego bust of Steve Harvey while the comedian hosted FOX’s LIVE New Year’s Eve special.

“Are you serious?” Harvey asked while staring at his shattered head on the ground. “I don’t wanna work with him no more. Why is he here? Why are you here?”

Some fans on social media said his outrage was actually fake as the stunt was preplanned. Others were less convinced.
